Improving the Culture of Excellent Service with PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Cab. Tembilahan.

Peningkatan Budaya Pelayanan Prima bersama PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Cab. Tembilahan.

This activity was opened by the Head of the Office and carried out in Class II TPI Tembilahan Immigration Office Service Room which was attended by all ASN and PPNPN Class II TPI Tembilahan Immigration Offices. Through this in-house training, participants are equipped with technical and service procedures that have been implemented at BNI Tembilahan to be adapted to the services of the Tembilahan Immigration Office.

After the presentation was finished, a question and answer session and a role-play simulation were held in the service flow at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tembilahan. It is hoped that with this in-house training the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tembilahan can present service human resources who are able to cultivate excellent service.
